It's too bad Obama has not learned this lesson. it's also sad Obama hasn't learned from the Russians or Alexander the Great.
Afghanistan always wins.
We are about to be plunged into another Viet Nam. The insane war in Iraq has sapped the US for the last eight years, costing us lives, money and stability in the world. We have acheived nothing.
Afghanistan will be no different.
